After inspecting our trails following the rain/warm-up earlier this week, and now with very cold night temperatures, we proceeded to groom the following trails on Thursday night.
- 109 Connector Trail. The trail will be hard & icy in many spots until you get past Pratt Brook. The snowpack increases dramatically after that.
- Black Pond trail. This trail should be great.
- 111 Connector trail. Again, expect hard, icy conditions in some areas south of the Jo Mary Road. We will not groom south of Route 11.
- B Pond Trail. You will encounter a plowed road up to the V PLOW. Still snow and ice covered. Exercise caution on all plowed roads. After the V Plow the trail should be great.
Please exercise caution, as hard and icy spots show up “unannounced”! Coverage is still near 98% with very few dirt spots. If the predicted storm for Tuesday/Wednesday materializes we will groom again after that.
