Jo Mary grooming activity started in “earnest” during the first week of January and has continued on a regular basis ever since. Here is a recap of our recent runs:
- On January 16 we groomed: the 111 to Ragged Mtn., the Ragged Mtn. trail, the Fire Tower trail, Parkway Scenic loop, Russell Point trail, and southern portion of the 109.
- On January 13 we groomed: ITS 109 to ITS 86, Black Pond trail, PP x-over, The Parkway w/Scenic loop, ITS 111, 109/111 x-over, Ragged Mtn. trail, 109S toward Medway, and the Downtown connector to the Wiley Bridge.
All of our trails are in GREAT shape even after the rain/warmth that we had last week. Everything was flat as a pancake prior to the rain and thankfully nobody rode our trails until it got colder. Then we groomed on the 13th to provide plenty of loose cooling/lubrication snow.
